Hi, I'm Ayla.
As a psychologist and corporate coach based in Delft, I am deeply passionate about bridging clinical insights with workplace health. My background in healthcare systems and team dynamics taught me that traditional therapy is only one piece of the puzzle, which ultimately inspired me to pivot toward private practice and preventive organizational coaching.
Today, that journey has brought me to an exciting new chapter at Fact, where I am stepping into a leadership role to succeed Mia Zinschitz-Wassenaar. We are currently working side-by-side during a smooth handover phase to support her ongoing clients, while I focus on building the psychological infrastructure that helps scale-ups and their teams truly thrive.
